So far today I've eaten a bowl of cereal with fat free milk, one lemon iced short bread cookie, and a bowl of soup with oyster crackers. The cereal really didn't hold me over until lunch very well, but I'm still full from the soup. I refer to my diet as the soup diet. If I could I'd eat soup all day except for breakfast! Of course when I go to school, I have to eat the food there. Sometimes that isn't the healthiest thing to eat.
I think that school lunches should be quality food, not yucky food that you gag on when you eat it.
Add to that an energy bar and three pieces of starbursts.
