My Campaign! Vote for Me!!

So at school I'm running for 11th Grade Representative for student council... It's very interesting. I don't think I'll be beaten too badly. Although two people didn't want to nominate me, which is fine. It didn't take me too long to get 25 signatures, probably about 30 minutes. I did it all on my lunch time at school too. I didn't want to run for president because there were a couple of people who I know would beat me.

Overall I'm pretty confident, and if I don't win, that's all right too. I'm not a sore loser. After all, I'm running against my friends, so I'll be happy for them if they win. Most likely they wouldn't be happy for me, but that's fine.

Here's to Sweden! And Hong Kong!

Well today I checked the stats for this blog, and I was pleasantly surprised that I have viewers from around the globe!! So thanks go out to the people in Sweden and in Hong Kong for viewing me blog. I always thought that being swiss means that you are from Sweden, but I learned later on that if you are from Sweden, you are Swedish. Swiss means you are from Switzerland... ha ha. I don't really know mush about Hong Kong other than where it is located on the map. But I'm glad to have anyone support my blog, even if I don't know about their culture. So thanks again Sweden and Hong Kong!!

On a different note, today I received an old dresser from one of my family members. We brought it into my room, and I didn't like where we put it, so I completely rearranged my bed room. There wasn't a thing that remained untouched; I moved everything. Now it looks a lot better, and I actually have a place to put my clothes.

Poetry.... GO SPARTANS!

Well, everyone, I tried a poetry blog but I'm not as big of a poet as I thought. So I'm going back to the old way of my blog. I love writing, but poetry is hard for me to write everyday. This is easier because I can talk about anything on here, and post things more freely.

I'm watching the Michigan State University versus University of Michigan game!! I'm a total Spartan fan, I even learned the words to their fight song. I don't plan on going to college there because I'm going for something in the religious field, and I want to o to a bible college. Jesus is my first love, of course. That doesn't mean I'm saying if you're a Christian and you don't go to bible college you're wrong or sinning. I'm just deeply interested in the Bible so that's what I'm pursuing.

MSU 24 to 10 in the 3rd quarter. It's exciting.

The Judgment

Who are you?
You don't know me,
Surely you can't tell the depths of my soul.
Only He may judge me.

Why do you care?
Are you obsessive?
Have you not anything better to do?

Why do we hate?
When there is no room to judge,
When in place should be love?

So why should we care?
Only He may judge,
In the end He will take care,
Of what they deserve.

When I take my last breath,
He will determine what happens next,
According to His will.

It is not for you to decide.

Life

Torn between present and past,
Though He wants something more,
From my heart I bleed,
Though He has something so much more,

She sits and sleeps,
Does anyone know?
She sits and sleeps,
Can anyone tell?

I look to the sky,
Though the rain beats down on my face,
Searching for His arms of grace.

What will happen?
Is our hiding place no longer safe?
Does our love run dry for Him?
Or is it, rather, that we cannot hide any longer?

I long to be found,
Yet never am I alone,
For He sees us always,
In His love light.
